Rehab PTA - Full Time

The Center at Centennial is looking to hire PTAs now!
Shift Availability: Full-time or PRN days
Pay: Full-time $32-36 hour; PRN $35-38/hour
Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.
Observe patients before, during and after therapy, noting their status and reporting to a physical therapist
Brief patient of procedures involved in physical therapy and prepare necessary equipment-reassure patient before and during therapy treatment
Focus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes
Recommend modifications of changes in the patient's therapy program based on evaluation of progress
Ensure that all therapy notes are informative, descriptive and follow Company's policy and procedures

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
