Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Title Clerk to join a fast-paced operations team supporting high-volume vehicle transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to grow within a stable organization.
Organize and alphabetize title documents by dealer name
Receive and enter title information into internal systems
Prepare and ship title packets to appropriate recipients
Comfortable with extensive alphabetizing and document handling
Strong data entry and typing skills
Previous title processing or automotive title experience
Administrative, clerical, or document-processing experience
On-site position in Carmel, IN
Standard business hours with optional overtime opportunities
