About the Opportunity Rockaway Home Care is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) and Outpatient Nurses to support our growing patient population throughout Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Whether you're looking to supplement your income or find a flexible community-based nursing role, we offer a supportive environment and meaningful work in the field.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home or community-based assessments
Complete aide supervisions and provide clinical guidance
Develop and update personalized Plans of Care (POC)
Accurately document findings and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements Current New York State RN license
Ability to travel throughout the 5 boroughs, Nassau, and Suffolk
Medical Professional Liability insurance
Comfortable using Gmail and Microsoft Word/Excel.
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish/English
Experience in outpatient nursing , home care , or community health
