Job Summary
Mindset Mental Support is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide counseling services to individuals in a hybrid setting in Mount Vernon, NY. As an integral member of our team, you will support clients facing challenges by offering therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. This part‑time role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide individual counseling sessions in a hybrid setting

Conduct initial assessments and develop short‑term treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements

Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills

Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards

Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client‑centered care
