Full-Time Pediatrician - Outpatient Clinic (Physician #)

Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a collaborative and dedicated team in Victorville, California. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to care for patients from newborn through 18 years of age in an outpatient-only setting. Full-time position (36 patient-facing hours per week)
Three days onsite, One remote clinical day, One dedicated administrative day

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital or emergency department call stipends, additional shift incentives, and other applicable forms of cash compensation. Ability to practice independently and serve as a solo provider when needed
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
