What You’ll Do Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans

Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)

Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
