We are seeking a senior leader to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and create new revenue opportunities. This role owns the partnership strategy from identifying opportunities through negotiation, execution, and long-term management.
The ideal candidate has experience building high-impact partnerships across consumer brands, retail, media, entertainment, digital platforms, and cultural communities. They should have a proven track record of sourcing partnership opportunities, structuring mutually beneficial agreements, leading co-marketing initiatives, and delivering measurable business results.
This position partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Product, and Content teams while building strong executive-level relationships with external partners. The role also leads the partnerships function, establishes best practices, and develops a high-performing team.
10+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Alliances, or Co-Marketing
Proven success developing and executing cross-industry partnerships
Experience with consumer brands, CPG, retail, media, or digital platforms preferred
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Familiarity with Korean brands and K-culture is a plus
