Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry and hematology to immunology-following established protocols effectively.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and execute preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection and sample preparation for testing as necessary.
Thoroughly document all processes, aid in training new team members or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of employment.
