Job Requirements
Licenses: Active Louisiana medical license
Board: BC in ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM (FM must show proof of ED work in past 2 years)
Certifications: ATLS (FM only), ACLS, PALS
Residency Training: EM or FM residency required
Experience: Minimum 2 years ED experience if FM trained
