In this entry-level position, you will support lead teachers in upholding the highest standards of care and education, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met. As a Childcare Aide / Assistant Teacher, you'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture where your ideas are valued, and your contributions are recognized. As a Child care Aide/Assistant Teacher, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:
Assist lead Teachers in classroom management ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
Assist and supervise children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child's development and classroom happenings.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
