Job Summary:

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position involves working within a high-acuity, high-volume interventional Cardiovascular (Cardiac Cath Lab) environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days, 10 hours shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Valid Missouri license or Compact license, CPR certification, ACLS and BLS certifications, at least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar high-acuity environment, and experience with adult patient populations.

Certifications: ACLS and BLS are required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in interventional cardiovascular procedures such as angioplasty, ASD closures, cardiac implant closures, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and interpretation of dysrhythmias.

Special Requirements: Must have level 1 trauma experience and be comfortable working in high-acuity, high-volume Cath lab settings.

Shift Hours: 10-hour days

Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Additional Information: This role requires providing conscious sedation, sterile supply handoff, vital assessment, and documentation in the Epic electronic documentation system. The candidate may cross-train to operate hemodynamics in the monitor tech role. Float within scope to meet facility needs is authorized.

Travel and Certification Details: Must pass Relias EKG exam; adherence to RTO restrictions (max of 7 days); compliance deadline at 3pm CST on the Monday before start; labs to be completed within 48-72 hours of signing; modules required and to be completed as specified.
