Direct Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving others and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all residents.Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Ensure that all residents receive appropriate care and support, including medical and behavioral needs.Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAble to pass a State of Oregon conducted background check.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
