Description
American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an ICU position on night shift, requiring at least 1 year of recent acute care ICU experience and a CO or compact RN license.
Details

• Level III trauma hospital ICU (transitioning to Level II trauma this year) with two pods spanning 28 beds
• Cares for neuro surgical, trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, and ETOH/drug withdrawal patients, including all ventilated patients
• Typical patient ratios of 1:2, ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
• Uses Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nellcor, Arctic Sun, and Sub-Zero equipment
• Charts in Meditech EMR
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Critical care tech support staffed 6 days a week

Requirements
Active RN license (CO state or compact) required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Minimum of 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience required
TNCC certification preferred
Meditech EMR experience preferred
No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
One professional reference required

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
