We handle the administrative side so you can focus on what you love patient care.
Role Overview As a Physical Therapist subcontractor with THHN Consulting LLC, you will deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes across the West Palm Beach, FL area. Although THHN Consulting is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, we welcome licensed therapists from ALL Florida counties. You will work in your own community serving patients near where you already live. No relocation required. You'll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve functional independence.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapy disciplines as needed
Requirements Active Florida license in Physical Therapy (or eligibility for Florida licensure)
DPT or equivalent degree and active PT license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Regular Visit $52 | Eval/Recert/Re-Eval/OASIS DC $70 | Start of Care (SOC) $90
