Location: This role is based on-site at one of three exciting locations - Jersey City, NJ, Wayne, PA, or our upcoming Washington, D.C. office. Note: Candidates must have 5+ years of federal court FLSA litigation experience with substantive, hands-on case management. Lead FLSA collective actions and Rule 23 class actions from intake through resolution, managing all phases of federal court litigation
5+ years of substantive federal court FLSA litigation experience - plaintiff-side or in-house/solo backgrounds welcome for the right candidate
