Beyond estimating, we seek a team member who buys into our vision, helps mentor others, and ultimately may grow into leadership.
Deliver accurate, fair, and insightful cost estimates across all project phases.
Build and nurture strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Offer creative cost-saving and quality-enhancing solutions.
Generate project schedules that guide from design through construction.
Perform constructability reviews to reduce changes and risks.
Consult on building system designs, fostering smarter, better builds.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience
CMiC or similar project management tools
Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (or comparable scheduling software)
Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required)
Destini or equivalent estimating software
Autodesk Revit and Navisworks familiarity preferred (BIM savvy)
We are open to candidates from diverse paths, including field foremen with exceptional drive and aptitude for estimating.

Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
