You've worked hard to build your expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. At Alora Behavioral Health , we believe that supporting our clinicians is an essential part of providing exceptional care.

We're looking for BCBAs and BCBA-Ds to join our growing clinical team serving Riverside, California.

Remote & Hybrid Opportunities

We offer both remote and hybrid positions , recognizing that different clinical assignments call for different service arrangements.

Remote opportunities allow eligible clinicians to provide services through telehealth.

Hybrid positions combine telehealth and in-person services, with arrangements varying based on client needs and service locations.

Candidates located in or near Riverside are preferred, but we welcome qualified applicants from outside the immediate area.

Your Impact as a BCBA

Monitor client progress, evaluate behavioral data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate.

Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning.

Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards.

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; BCBA-D designation is also welcome

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and individualized treatment planning

Two or more years of experience developing behavioral intervention programs for individuals with autism or related developmental disorders

Experience providing clinical supervision, mentorship, or caregiver training
