Position Overview Woolpert is an award‑winning global architectural practice, focused on performance‑driven, highly complex facilities for some of the world's largest technology clients. We blend applied research, strategic thinking, and technology‑driven design methods, while seeking innovation that will define the future of our profession and drive solutions to the most complex design problems. We are seeking to hire an Architectural Designer to join our Mission Critical practice within our Buildings Team for our Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Coral Gables, FL and/or Pittsburgh, PA offices and offer a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do Assist Project Architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer‑assisted design software and equipment.

Assist in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards.

Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, reports, and supporting materials.

Participate in construction‑phase activities, including assisting with onsite observations and documenting field conditions under supervision.

Communicate clearly and professionally with project team members and, as appropriate, external stakeholders.

Participate in firm‑wide quality initiatives.

What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 4+ years related experience.

Able to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other technical design software.

Proficient with additional architectural or visualization software (Rhinoceros, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
