Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care
Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide essential insights and guidance to patients and families regarding therapy approaches to facilitate progress beyond the clinical setting
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
A genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence
