Project Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to support CIA initiatives in a fast-paced medical device environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities, along with experience in packaging and labeling systems.

Lead end-to-end project management activities (planning, execution, tracking, and delivery).

Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using tools like MS Project and Excel.

Perform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and other tools.

Support workstreams involving MDT systems, packaging, labeling (Loftware), and LMD/SAP environments.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

57+ years of project management experience in a regulated industry.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Solid understanding of medical device technologies, systems, and processes.

Experience working with Healthcare (MDT) systems.

Knowledge of packaging, labeling systems (Loftware), and LMD/SAP.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
