As a Recruiter at Kalshi, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across the entire company - from engineering and product to compliance, operations, and go-to-market. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define what great looks like for a role, go find it, and close it. There's almost no red tape here: no drawn-out approval chains, no bureaucracy standing between you and a great candidate. Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer and close
Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build role scorecards, sharpen hiring criteria, and design efficient interview processes
Proactively source and engage passive candidates across channels, building strong outbound pipelines rather than waiting on inbound
Manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline while maintaining a high bar and a great candidate experience
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market data, leveling, and competitive offers
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical and non-technical hiring

• Proven ability to build strong outbound pipelines and close passive candidates, not just manage inbound flow
• Comfort operating across very different hiring profiles - from engineers to operators to compliance and gtm hires - without losing quality or speed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets.
