Commonwealth Endodontics isseekinga skilled and dedicated Endodontist to join our growing specialty practice in Lexington, Kentucky. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, patient-focused clinician to help lead and shape a practice with established referral relationships and a strong existing patient pipeline.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships with referring providers, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. This role is well suited for someone who is motivated to grow a thriving practice while fostering a positive, patient-centered culture.

As the founding Endodontist, you will play a key role in defining the clinical philosophy, workflows, and patient experience. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact while helping build a premier endodontic destination in the Lexington community.

• $40,000 Sign on bonus

Compensation: $1,300/day or 50% of net collections, the greater thereof

What You'll Bring To The Table

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program

Board eligibility or board certification preferred

Active or eligible Kentucky dental license

Passion for patient-centered care, leadership, and practice development
