Location: Hybrid role based in Edwardsville Illinois with extensive nationwide travel of up to 80% to meet with clients potential clients and witnesses.

Note: Candidates must have 2 years of attorney experience be actively licensed to practice law in Illinois and be comfortable traveling nationwide up to 80%. Represent clients in complex occupational exposure and serious illness litigation

Develop and prepare assigned cases in collaboration with attorneys and litigation support professionals

Conduct in-person and telephone interviews with clients potential clients and fact witnesses

Review and analyze medical employment military union Social Security and other relevant records

Communicate closely with clients and adapt quickly as their medical conditions and case needs evolve

Travel throughout the United States to meet clients and witnesses

Perform legal research and writing in support of active litigation

2 years of attorney experience

• Active Illinois law license required
• Strong legal research writing interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex medical industrial employment and factual information
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 80%
• Your work directly helps people facing significant personal and medical challenges
