Salary: Following the established BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Guide ranging from $68,794 to $102,710 (2026-2027)

Description: Burlington Township is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our progressive, student-centered learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, dynamic instruction that inspires and motivates ESL students
Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parents to support a positive and inclusive school culture
Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and the community
Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking educational team
Job Requirements:
One of the following valid New Jersey certifications: Teacher of Art
Must meet NJ residency requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for teaching, with the ability to connect with students and create a positive learning atmosphere
Required criminal history background check, proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Highly organized and motivated. Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and demonstrate flexibility.
