Provide excellent customer care including greeting and sampling every customer, informing every customer of store promotions, answering questions and demonstrating knowledge of product.

Demonstrates and explains products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.

Stock, merchandise and rotate product to ensure quality standards and sufficient supplies are maintained from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders as needed.

Process transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system, ensuring proper and consistent usage of discount and promotion buttons, maintaining accurate cash and sales balances, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills.

Cook and/or hand dip store made product to meet store requirement and order demands.

Perform cleaning duties in compliance with food safety standards and to demonstrate a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.

Take phone and in-person orders from customers and fulfill product orders.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to operate or quickly learn the store's point-of-sale system and handle all forms of payment in an accurate manner.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Must be able to move throughout the shift including behind customer counters, around cooking tables and in stock room, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach away from the body and above waist level, and grasp small objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
