Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel

Provide hospice care to terminally ill patients in homes or nursing facilities
Conduct 5-6 visits per day within an 8-hour shift
Chart patient information accurately using EPIC system
Collaborate with a team to cover the required counties

Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel

Current WV RN license
Minimum 1 year of hospice experience
BLS certification (AHA)
