Position: Senior Healthcare Architect

Senior Healthcare Architect

Employment Type: Full-Time

For over 70 years Fishbeck has been building. Now we need to add a Senior Healthcare Architectto help us keep building.

Working with ourArchitectural team, you will assist with project work plans and schedules and collaborate with the design team throughout the programming and conceptual phases. You will also work alongside multidisciplinary professionals on each project, working towards completion.

Assist the Project Manager in developing project work plans and schedules.

Collaborate with the design team during programming and conceptual phases.

Lead the technical team in preparing design development and construction documents for healthcare facilities.

Coordinate with in-house engineers and outside consultants.

Develop architectural technical specifications with a focus on healthcare systems, materials, and infection control standards.

Serve as project manager on small to medium projects if required.

Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture Degree from an accredited university.

• Experienced in developing projects using Revit.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BSD Spec Link is a bonus.
• Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible.
• Note: Candidates with experience coordinating with healthcare consultants (e.g., medical equipment planners, infection control specialists) will be prioritized.
