Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pmA Day in the Life of a Job Coach: In this vital role, you will support participants in successfully preparing for and/or maintain competitive community integrated employment.Work with participants to develop work habits like punctuality, hygiene, productivity, etc. that are necessary to obtain and maintain employment Models appropriate work behaviorTransports participants to and from work sites Provides accurate information to the Program Supervisor and Case Manager about the participants progress May perform job tasks along with participants Uses resources to assist participants with employment/job exploration and discovery Completes documentation as neededWho We are Looking For:High School Diploma or GEDExcellent communication skillsOne year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred.
