Conduct a variety of routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology while following established protocol.

Support sample collection efforts and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis as required.
Keep accurate records of procedures, assist in training new hires or interns, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality benchmarks.
Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of employment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective teamwork in healthcare environments.
