Nursing - Travel Telemetry RN

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated RN – Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Med Surg Tele) for travel assignments . This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of medical conditions while closely monitoring cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings . Provide direct patient care to Med Surg and telemetry patients.

Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry readings to detect arrhythmias or changes in heart rhythm.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.

Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and post-discharge care .

Recognize and respond to emergency situations, such as cardiac events .

Maintain accurate patient records, assessments, and care plans .

Travel to various healthcare facilities for temporary assignments.

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license .

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a Med Surg Tele unit .

Skills: Strong EKG interpretation, telemetry monitoring, and critical care response .

Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle physically demanding tasks .

Travel Readiness: Open to temporary travel assignments .
