Minimum High School Diploma or Associate Degree or Vocational School Degree
- 1 year (at least) in Property Maintenance
- Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repairs, Drywall, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC diagnosis
- Must have own tools & equipment
- Experience with Property Management software a plus?
Customer Service to include:
Resident Relationships
Provide all aspects of support to Maintenance Manager(s) to include:?
Perform service requests (repairs) in occupied units as needed
Must be available for Emergency On-Call Rotation
