Store Merchandiser - Full Time

About Us: Bernick's is a 5th generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions, representing leading brands such as Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Miller Brewing Company and New England Coffee. Job Summary: Our merchandisers are a very important part of making sure our accounts are looking their best. They cover an individualized route of various accounts and are responsible for restocking, rotating, facing, and removing outdated product. Merchandisers neatly organize store shelves, coolers, and design creative displays in our accounts such as: convenient stores, grocery stores, or other large customer accounts.

Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment provided
Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Monday-Friday (one weekday off); every other weekend
• Have a reliable, insured form of transportation to be used while working (mileage reimbursement at 64 cents per mile, from the first to the last stop)

Ability to operate under minimal supervision
Effectively communicate with store associates
Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick's locations, events, or business needs. Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.
