What You'll Do
As an Industrial Electrician, you will:
Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) .
Lead machine installations, retrofits, and major equipment repairs.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
Work closely with production and quality teams to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Mentor maintenance personnel and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation while ensuring compliance with all electrical and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing electrical experience.
Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems (120V-480V).
Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs and VFDs .
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment in an industrial environment.
Technical training or vocational education is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working around industrial machinery.
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as production demands require.
Comfortable working in a machine shop environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment.
