SHOWROOM SALES AMBASSADOR

Summary
Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Ralph Lauren lifestyle through personalized styling and product expertise. They drive individual and store sales by leveraging clienteling tools, outreach, and strong relationship-building skills. This role supports team performance, coaching, visual standards, and participates in store initiatives and talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs.

Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.

Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.

Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors.

Support store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Assist with training, provide feedback to management, and help source top talent.

Requirements

Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers.

Ability to operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs.

Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, cashwrap, and office and work around certain chemicals.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Experience using digital sales tools and clienteling platforms preferred.
