Job Description:

Advanced level paralegal responsible for legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management and tasks that are broad and may be of a complex nature.

Works under limited supervision applying an extensive knowledge of principles, practices and procedures. May represent attorney in executing on legal matters.

Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources.

Likely to have a field of specialization.

May act in an advisory capacity.

Basic Qualifications:

Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Five to eight years of relevant experience

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

Strong commitment to client service

Ability to work independently

Ability to organize and manage a large volume of detailed tasks

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there is an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
