Remote Actuary / Actuarial
Virtual Vocations Inc
Joining a dynamic actuarial rotational program, the remote Actuarial Analyst will perform quantitative analyses, develop analytical models, and partner with business leaders to support financial performance and strategic decision-making in the Medicare Advantage sector.
Perform quantitative analyses for financial forecasting, medical cost analysis, and risk adjustment initiatives
Develop and maintain analytical models using actuarial principles and large healthcare datasets
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to support business planning
2-4 years of experience in healthcare finance, analytics, or a related field
Successful completion of one or more Society of Actuaries (SOA) exams
Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Python and business intelligence platforms preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights
