Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.79/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

Make connections with guests and co-workers.

Share our passion for the mountains during service.

Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.

Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.

Prepare the bar for successful operation throughout the shift.

Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day.

Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent).

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

3+ years of Bartending experience.

Desire to learn and grow.

Must be 21 or over.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $16.79/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
