Psychometrist I - Psychology

LifeStance Health is the nation's fastest-growing behavioral health practice, committed to improving access to affordable, personalized mental healthcare. We are hiring Psychometrists in Northern Virginia to support licensed clinical psychologists in delivering high-quality psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
Psychometrists administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests, prepare data summaries, document behavioral observations, and support patients throughout the evaluation process. This role enhances assessment quality, increases psychologist capacity, and improves patient access to care.
Prepare test data summaries and behavioral observations
Maintain testing materials (electronic and hard copy)
Coordinate test materials and limited scheduling support as needed
Flexible schedules
Hourly $25 - $30/hr

Master's degree in Psychology or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field with experience in testing in a therapeutic or educational setting
