Compensation: $240,000 - $270,000 based on experience
- Quarterly-based incentives apply

DETAILS:

• Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team, including behavioral health and social services as appropriate
• May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners
• We are open to 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 10-hour shifts
