Nurse (Health Care)

Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract
We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for a dynamic role in the operating room setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and trauma cases and will be required to take calls on a limited basis. This is a great opportunity for RNs who are passionate about providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room
Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Effectively manage patient anxiety and pain pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
Participate in ongoing education and training related to perioperative nursing
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in good standing
Completion of PeriOp 101 or similar surgical nursing program
Experience with orthopedic and trauma cases
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Schedule
This position offers a day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM, with a requirement to take calls 4-6 times a month, including upcoming holidays.
