Redi Services, LLC is hiring dedicated Journeyman Insulators / Metal Workers that want to advance their careers and make a difference, both personally and professionally in our Rock Springs, Wyoming location. Apply insulation materials including calcium silicate, mineral wool, fiberglass, cellular glass, and aerogel to hot or cold industrial surfaces.Read industrial blueprints and isometric drawings to determine layouts, dimensions, and material requirements.Measure and cut insulation / metal & cladding precisely to fit around valves, flanges, pumps, elbows, and irregular geometries.Secure materials properly using wire, bands, rivets, screws, and specialized vapor-barrier mastics.Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial boom/scissor lifts.Required Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Mechanical Insulation / Metal & Cladding (refineries, power plants, or chemical facilities).Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial insulation types, temperature ratings, and application techniques.Must speak fluent English - Bilingual is a plus.Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday - 10-hour shifts.Hourly Pay: $23.00-$25.00 DOEBenefits and Perks:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance.Short Term Disability Insurance401K with company MatchPTOMust be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
