Entry Level Life Insurance Sales Professional

Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! The successful applicant will be trained to market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Customer service experience or experience as a sales representative are highly valued.

Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred.

Must have graduated from high school or received a GED; a Bachelor’s degree is desired.

Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss their needs and help families protect what matters most.

Follow a proven sales system with qualified leads.

Learn from experienced leaders through ongoing coaching.

Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals

Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied

Spend time listening to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting insurance plan options for their specific circumstances

Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders

Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
