Safety Facilitator

As a Facilitator, you may coordinate and lead Family Focused Meetings, Child Safety Conferences (CSC), and Post Removal Conferences (PRC) in alignment with statewide standards. Coordinating necessary supplies, interpreters, and materials for in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings.
Facilitate meetings according to established standards, ensuring quality discussions, clear outcomes, and actionable plans.
Document and upload meeting notes to required systems within contractual timeframes.
Maintain confidentiality in all records and communications, following agency policies.
Collaborative mindset for working with families, youth, and professionals across multiple systems.
Associate degree or equivalent post-secondary education with relevant human services experience, Bachelor degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Genuine compassion and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to support youth and respect their uniqueness.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
