A day in the life of an Assistant Baker:
Measure and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production standards.
Operate commercial mixers and ovens safely and efficiently.
Follow recipes and baking procedures carefully to ensure consistency and quality.
Assist the Lead Baker with daily production and maintain an efficient workflow.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain required food safety and temperature logs.
Clean, sanitize, and restock the baking area, equipment, and supplies.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Must be over the age of 18.
Previous baking, food service, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Comfortable working with commercial kitchen equipment.
Must have flexible availability for daytime and weekend shifts.
Flexible hours.
Hourly pay increases at 30/60/90 days.
