We are looking for a Director of Engineering to serve as the senior engineering lead for a large-scale transportation and infrastructure program, providing technical guidance and strategic input throughout project planning, design, and execution. Partner with internal stakeholders, public-sector agencies, consultants, and project teams to review engineering recommendations, advise on complex technical decisions, and ensure projects remain aligned with program goals. Lead discussions, facilitate collaboration across multiple groups, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and provide solutions that drive successful project delivery. 10+ years of engineering experience within Transportation or Civil Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proven ability to serve as a senior technical advisor and guide complex engineering and infrastructure programs
