Position Overview: As a Client Alignment Representative, you'll build and manage long-term client relationships while helping clients maximize the value of their Netsmart solutions. You'll partner with existing clients to identify growth opportunities, support the sale of additional solutions and services, and ensure overall account health and satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help drive client success, support strategic initiatives, and deliver an exceptional client experience.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate accounts receivable activity with finance to ensure Netsmart receives timely payment and resolve issues that cause delays in payment.Monitor clients’ recurring revenue for events that may require attention, such as renewals, consulting revenue milestones, and delayed starts to subscription.Assist with the development and maintenance of account plans, using SalesForce and the Account Optimizer module.Perform follow up with campaign targets to identify and qualify new sales opportunitiesMonitor support activity for cases or trends that require Client Alignment involvement to maintain the health of the client.
