Leidos’ Defense Sensor’s Persistent Surveillance Portfolio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team supporting the Persistent Surveillance Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program management support to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently. Leidos Defense Systems Sector provides a diverse portfolio of systems, solutions, and services covering land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace for customers worldwide. Solutions for Defense include enterprise and mission IT, large-scale intelligence systems, command and control, geospatial and data analytics, cybersecurity, logistics, training, and intelligence analysis and operations support. Our team is solving the world’s toughest security challenges for customers with “can’t fail” missions. Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage program schedule, budget, communication, and documentation.Assist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsBA degree from an accredited institution (preferred in in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field) plus 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.3+ years of experience in program administration, preferably within a government contracting environmentMust be a US Citizen, possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security ClearanceProven experience supporting complex programs and projects.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Project and creating/managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)Experience with procurement processes, including vendor research, requisition preparation, and purchase order management.Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.SummaryLocation: Huntsville, ALType: Full time
