Night Shift Caregiver - Companion/Personal Care Needed

A homemaker/companion provides non-medical home care which includes: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminder, companionship, transportation to client's doctor appointment, errands, and light housekeeping and so much more! Our goal is to help our senior clients remain as independent as possible wherever they call home.We service the following areas: Sacramento, West, North and South Sacramento, Natomas, Woodland and DavisWe are hiring care providers who may have the skills and experience with Dementia, Hospice, Incontinence, Transfers-Hoyer, Gait, Slide Board.Our shift needs are all days of the week from Monday to Sunday: AM/PM and NOC (overnight)Benefits:Flexibility! These could include (but are not limited to): Assist with Dressing/GroomingAmbulation/Transfers (be able to lift 50 lbs)Prepares meals and snacks according to instructionsAccompany patient on errands or medical appointmentsPerforms light housekeeping activitiesMedication remindersCare of bed-bound clientsUse lifting equipment such as Gait Belts, Slide Boards and Hoyer LiftsProvide CompanionshipRequirements:Must be 18 years of ageMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobMust possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insuranceMust have the ability to pass a full employment background checkHCA Registration (We can assist at offer of employment)TB Skin test (can accept completed TB test not older than 90 days)Right at Home is an International non-medical home care agency that provides care to Seniors wherever they call home!For questions or general information please contact our office phone number at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
