Respiratory Care Therapist I, Nights

Contract Nicu Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with rotating weekends; no call required.
The NICU Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will play a critical role in providing respiratory care to neonatal patients. The therapist will utilize advanced technology and treatment modalities to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a high-acuity environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and administer respiratory therapy treatments for neonates.
Monitor ventilator settings and make necessary adjustments.
Perform nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy.
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and modify patient care plans.
Educate families regarding respiratory health and therapy options.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Current RRT certification.
ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required.
Preferred experience in NICU or similar high-acuity environments.
