Responsibilities:
Prepare and educate patients for endoscopic procedures.
Monitor vital signs and sedation during procedures.
Assist physicians during endoscopic exams.
Administer medications, including sedatives and pain relief.
Provide post-procedure care and monitor recovery.
Educate patients on aftercare and lifestyle changes.
Document patient information and procedure details.
Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications:
CO Registered Nurse license
BLS, ACLS; Certification in Gastroenterology Nursing (CGRN) preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Endoscopy or Procedural Nursing preferred
